Because we produce directly in our European factory, we apply minimum order quantities that depend on the type of towel and the personalization method (such as weaving or printing). Generally, we can deliver from 100 pieces upwards (depending on the type of towel).

Since our production takes place entirely in Europe, we guarantee fast delivery, usually starting from 3 weeks after approval of the digital proof, which you receive from us. If a faster delivery time is required, we can supply from stock. A minimum order quantity of 100 pieces also applies to stock orders, just like with custom-made towels.

When manufacturing and printing custom textiles, there is a technical tolerance margin of up to 10% (over- or under-delivery). Naturally, you will only ever pay for the exact number of items that are actually delivered to you.

Yes. Before production starts, you will always receive a (technical) digital proof for approval. We only initiate production once you have given your green light. For larger quantities: photo proof or a real production sample will be part of the order process.

Yes, pre-production samples can be arranged. Please mention this when you request your quote and we will discuss the options and associated costs with you.

Jacquard weaving integrates your design directly into the fabric using coloured yarns, the result is a design that lasts a lifetime, never fades or peels, and has a premium tactile quality with a subtle relief effect. The trade-off is a maximum of 2 colours and bold, graphic artwork. Sublimation printing applies full-colour designs onto the fabric surface. Ideal for detailed artwork, gradients, or photographic imagery. It gives more creative freedom but sits on the surface rather than being woven into the fabric itself.

For Jacquard woven towels: no, and that is actually a feature. The weaving process creates a mirror or negative image on the reverse, with the colours inverted. Both sides look premium and intentional. For full colour sublimation or reactive printed towels, the back is typically the natural base colour of the fabric.

Yes. We offer three packaging formats: a sleeve (minimalist branded wrap, available for all products), a box (luxury unboxing experience, available for all products), and a tube (premium cylindrical packaging, available for Hammam and Plaid collections only). All packaging can be fully customised to your brand identity.

For new business relationships, we require a standard down payment upon order confirmation, after which production is started immediately.
